1. Introduction

Welcome to Knightbridge Premium Rental ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our rental services, including any rental agreements made through our website, over the phone, or in person.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the UK. Additional documentation (e.g., valid ID, credit check, insurance) may be required based on the type of rental.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made prior to collection or delivery of the rental item.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

4. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the agreed time of delivery or pick-up and ends at the agreed return time.

  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Use of Rental Items

  • Rental items must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.

  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.

  • Smoking, illegal activity, or unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited.

6. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be required depending on the value of the item rented.

  • Deposits will be refunded within 7 working days of the return, provided no damage or violations occurred.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • You may be required to show proof of insurance or purchase insurance through us depending on the item rented.

  • Knightbridge Premium Rental is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during use of rental items.

8. Cancellation by Knightbridge Premium Rental

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

  • Non-compliance with our policies

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policy

At Knightbridge Premium Rental, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the rental start time will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to collect or receive the rental item without prior cancellation notice will be considered a "no-show" and is not eligible for a refund.

3. Early Termination of Rental

If you choose to end the rental earlier than the agreed return time:

  • No refund will be issued for the unused period unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.

4. Cancellation by Knightbridge Premium Rental

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Non-compliance with our rental terms

  • Failure to provide required documentation

  • Force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, national emergencies)

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
